How it works:

It’s easy!
1. Place your order.
2. You will be emailed a receipt.
3. Email us your design info and we’ll get you on our waiting list.

Typically, it takes about 48 hours to start provided that you are available via e-mail on a timely basis. We prefer to communicate via e-mail because we are able keep your info on file. When you send an email with your ideas, changes, etc., we file it and can view the info over time.

The design process:
1. We send your first set of design concepts for review (Usually within 5 days of placing your order)
2. You email us with your change requests (in ONE email please)
3. We’ll go back and forth until we have created a corporate identity package that suits your needs
4. Your final designs will be emailed to you in a high-resolution jpg, png, gif, or eps formats

Designs AFTER the 2 revisions are charged per change.

Logo Variations: different colors, addition/deletion of slogans and graphics, etc., there is a fee for each version (excluding the same logo in different file types). Each different design, although it may seem like a simple change, does take time.

Payments and Cancellations: All online payments are handled securely through our PayPal payment portal. Pay via your PayPal account, e-check, or credit card. No PayPal account necessary.

By placing your order online, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: Once placed, ALL orders are FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. No cancellations or returns, whatsoever.
